Property Management Plan A:
Monthly inspections and referrals, all repairs require owner permission.
Available at 25 euros + VAT per month.
Property Management Plan B:
Monthly inspections with permission to contract standard services and repairs.
Repairs or services estimated in excess 200 euros + vat will only be carried out with the owner's consent.
Available at 50 euros + VAT per month.
