| Terms and Conditions On receipt of your signed and dated acceptance of our estimate we will register your names and date at the wedding ceremony venue. An invoice will be sent by email or fax. A deposit of 50% is payable immediately with the balance due no later than four weeks prior to your arrival date. You may prefer to remit the full cost. If the balance remains unpaid after the due date Paphosfinder Weddings reserves the right to cancel the booking. In this case, all monies received will be refundable, subject to the cancellation charges listed below. 1 week prior to arrival 100% 2 weeks prior to arrival 80% 4 weeks prior to arrival 50% 6 weeks prior to arrival 20% The above charges will be deducted before any monies are refunded. Full terms and conditions will be sent at the time of booking. |
