SPECIAL SERVICES (Special charges are applicable to postal items, including inland and foreign parcels, airmail and surface mail, according to each particular case)
4.1 REGISTRATION CHARGE: euro

4.3 CHARGE FOR ADVICE OF DELIVERY OF A REGISTERED OR INSURED ARTICLE, PARCEL OR MONEY ORDER:

4.7 CHARGE FOR A REQUEST FOR RE-DIRECTION OF POSTAL ITEMS:

4.8 CHARGE ON UNPAID OR INSUFFICIENTLY PREPAID CORRESPONDENCE:  
4.8.1: Each inland item shall be charged with double the rate of deficiency, provided the charge shall not be less than 20 cents.
4.8.2: Each item posted locally for abroad shall be charged in accordance with the provisions of the Universal Postal Convention.
4.8.3: Each item originating abroad shall be charged in accordance with the Provisions of the Universal Postal Convention, provided the charge shall not be less than 20 cents.
 
4.9 CHARGE ON BUSINESS REPLY ITEMS RETURNED TO LICENCEES:  
(Maximum limit of weight 250 gr.)
4.9.1: Inland items:

4.18 CHARGE FOR THE USE OF OFFICIAL FRANKING MACHINES FOR THE PREPAYMENT OF POSTAL CHARGES:  
4.18.1 Fixed charge:

For every 1000 additional items or part thereof 1,71
4.18.2 The respective prepayment charges.  
 
4.19 CHARGE FOR THE USE OF COMMEMORATIVE SLOGANS AND ADVERTISEMENT THROUGH STAMP CANCELLING AND FRANKING MACHINES.

* After 5 kg, it is 4,27 euro (5.1) and 8,54 euro (5.2) for every additional kg or part there of.


Notes:
(a) Charges as at 5.1, 5.2 and 5.3 above include the charge for the refugee stamp.
(b) Discounts allowed:
(i) For posting 11 to 30 items in a month: 15%
(ii) For posting 31-100 items in a month: 20%
(iii) For posting more than 100 items in a month: 25%
  The maximum discount is allowed on all items
(c) In case of loss or damage of an item - except in cases of force majeure - the sender is entitled to an indemnity corresponding to the actual amount of loss or damage, but the maximum amount of the indemnity may not exceed £500.
