| Installation service We offer a full installation service for the Paphos, Polis and Pissouri areas. Supported by our unrivalled after sales service. We have UK qualified engineers and over 17 years of trading experience , making us the longest established satellite company in Paphos, having installed well over 2000 satellite systems across the region. We only use the best equipment when installing your system and are the only company that wind-brace our dishes as standard practice . This is very important since winter wind speeds have been record well over 100kph locally. Every installation is unique, so we visit the site in the first instance and custom design and manufacture each wind brace independently. We also advise on the best/safest location to site your dish. Ground level dishes: we build 40-50CM deep concrete/steel reinforced bases ranging from 1.5 X 1.5 Sqm to 3.5 X 3.5 Sqm for bigger dishes. Wall and Roof dishes: we anchor the dishes into the concrete roof or walls as required and use only the strongest clamps and fixings available as well as our wind-bracing method. Cables and accessories: we use only the best quality double insulated co-axial cable which improves signal clarity, top quality 4 way LNB's as standard and the best possible fixing accessories. Waterproofing: we ensure that the areas where dishes are mounted and cables runs are waterproofed, thus ensuring no water penetration occurs in to the cable cladding or fixings and/or the building. We are the only company that operates like this as standard practice. |
| We have never lost a dish or have one collapse and cause damage, even when we have fitted dishes in difficult locations as you will see from the pictures on the left: Satellite dish installed on the cliff edge. You can see winsbracing and parts of concrete base. We do not believe in taking shortcuts, like some of our competitors have done, which have endangered people and ended in disaster, some examples follow: Brick built chimney stack couldn't take the strain and collapsed during a moderate storm, the 1.6mts dish fell and was badly damaged. Roof mounted 2.7Sqm dish, ripped of the roof by strong wind, due to inadequate fixings. The roof and tiles were badly damaged and the dish was ruined, having landed in the garden some 10 metres below. Ground level dish, mounted on the crazy paving, tipped over in a moderate storm, lifting the paving slabs out of place. This was later rectified with a 2.5 X 2.5Sqm base and the dish re-fitted. The dish was mildly damaged. |

Pole mounted dish, although vertically stable it kept moving out of horizontal position. Not dangerous, but very annoying when the signal is lost or distorted. Wind-bracing sorted this out and saved many hours of frustration. We could go on but are sure you get the point. Our policy is to use top quality products and couple this with our professional installation service. We give you more and strive to be competitive without compromising quality. We are the only company investing in research and development in our sector and have learned that there are no sustainable shortcuts. The satellite system must be installed properly. |
