Arrival or departure clean:
*Basic cleaning service including;
sweep though, hovering, dust, wash floors, wipe surfaces, clean bathroom
and
kitchen and clean and tidy balconies.
(excludes cleaning of oven, fridge, freezer, and inside cupboards).
*Charges include cleaning materials and maid transportation
** The GOLD PACKAGE includes additional services essential for the care of your property.
As well as the standard clean it includes the following services stated below;
• Clean inside windows and shutters
• Sweep and hose down outside hard surface areas;
• Clean outdoor furniture;
• Clean BBQ; and no additional costs for consumables e.g toilet roll,
bin liners, light bulbs and batteries. Bedding and towels cleaned.
Grocery pack:
Typically comprising 1-2 litres of milk, 2-3 litres of mineral water, 1-2 loaves of bread,
butter or margarine, preserves, sugar, coffee, tea, eggs, bacon, cheese, condiments,
corn oil, wine and cleaning materials.
For 1 –5 people: Euros 50 + vat per package
For 6 – 7 people: Euros 75 + vat per package
Private pool maintenance:
From Euros 100.00 + vat per month.
(Excluding chemicals and spare parts)
Pool sand filter replacement from Euros 200 + vat.
Servicing and all repairs available.
Gardening:
Gardening maintenance service from Euros 85 per month, subject to size of garden.
Property maintenance inspections
Plan A:
Monthly inspections with referrals to owner for repair permission.
Euros 40 + vat per month
Plan B:
Monthly inspections with permission to contract services up to Euros 200 + vat.
Without owners prior permission.
Services estimated in excess of this figure will only be contracted with the owner’s prior permission.
Euros 50 + vat per month
Laundry:
Euros 17.50 per load.
