For 1 –5 people: CY£19.50 For 6 – 7 people: CY£25.00 Private pool maintenance: CY£90.00 per month for two visits per week. CY£60.00 per month for one visit per week. (Excluding chemicals and spare parts) Weekly gardening maintenance service from CY£19.50 per month, subject to size of garden. Property maintenance inspections Plan A: Monthly inspections with referrals to owner for repair permission. CY£13.00 per month. Plan B: Monthly inspections with permission to contract services up to CY£75.00 without owners prior permission. Services estimated in excess of this figure will only be contracted with the owner’s prior permission. CY£15.50 per month. Key Holding Whether your property is vacant or you just want a spare key held securely. CY£6.50 per month.
