The following sites are available for a limited period of time for sale as building sites without the need to contract for a villa simultaneously.

Terms of Payment: 100% of Purchase Price payable on signing the agreement. On reservation a deposit of 5,000 Cyprus pounds is required and the signing of the relevant agreement must take place within one month as from the reservation date.

For some of the plots in case of buying land and building the villa within set period of time and project's developer, 20% of plot price reimbursement applies towards construction costs.
