This project is designed to accommodate two small complexes, one of four homes and the other of five homes, within the seaside area of Argaka village.
Each building is two storeys and comprises two and three-bedroom townhouses with individual gardens. The living area is located on the ground floor with the bedrooms and balconies facing the sea on the first floor.
The two complexes are situated close to each other on the seaside road of Polis-Pyrgos, in a low density residential area. They are located less than 100 metres from the sea and the nice local beach area.
The village of Argaka is a small agricultural and fishing village. It is located on the outskirts of the Paphos Forest and combines the sea and the mountain atmosphere. It is inhabited by approximately 1,000 people and life is one of leisure and tranquility. On one side, about four kilometers away is Polis town with its restaurants, hotels and shopping area, and the Latchi fishing shelter with its beautiful beaches. About ten kilometers away is the Akamas national park
. On the opposite side are the picturesque villages of Yialia, Ayia Marina, Pomos and others leading to Pyrgos.
