Akourdalia Gardens will be built in the quiet mountainous area of Kato Akourdalia Village – a village popular for its traditional architecture, rich history and ideal tranquility. The village is a ten-minute drive away from Polis town and its amenities. The attractive beaches of Latchi and the Akamas National park are 15 minutes away.
Currently we have one three-bedroom villa available. It will be built on a 428 square metre plot of land, including an 8x4m private swimming pool, boundary walls and plenty of patios and roof terraces.
The ground floor will accommodate the master en-suite bedroom, guest cloakroom, spacious kitchen and dining area, living area and feature fireplace. The first floor will include a family bathroom, two bedrooms and plenty of balconies.
