Who could fail to be impressed by this magnificent villa? It gives an impression of size and space. The air-conditioned
lounge/kitchen area has a real fireplace, plus a TV and DVD player and leads out through sliding doors to an enclosed
patio area and the 9x5 pool with pergola at one end.
The kitchen, like so many other aspects of this villa, is fully stocked and spacious with a dishwasher microwave, hob and
oven.
The master bathroom has a bath/shower, WC and hand basin finished in white tiles. It can be found
between the second and third bedroom. There is also a separate toilet and hand basin to be found in a small room
just down the corridor from the lounge.
There is a small courtyard, centrally located in the property which is a sun trap and also has the benefit of allowing a lot of light into the rooms and corridors that surround it. This can be reached via the utility room which houses a washing machine, work surfaces and power points.
Here we have the master bedroom, which like the other bedrooms has sliding doors with both shutters and fly screens. As with the other bedrooms it is air conditioned, plus has an en-suite double shower room which can be reached via the archway where you will find an adjoining room with a hand basin.
Outside are the well-kept landscaped gardens. Being just on the edge of Peyia means only a five-minute drive to Coral Bay, with its shops, restaurants, tavernas and sandy beaches.
