| A beautiful new two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment, completed January 2004. It is the upper centre property
of a
luxury development consisting of four pairs of detached apartments which share a private pool
with a large sunbathing
area.
It is located in a quiet location just 15 minutes' walk from the shops and restaurants of Kato Paphos and a similar walk to the seafront. The front of the apartment looks towards the town of Paphos. The airport is just a 15-minute drive away. For those wishing to explore farther, Coral Bay, Tsada Golf Course and Paphos Water Park are all within a 15-minute drive. The number 10 bus service to Paphos town is five minutes' walk and the number 15 service to Coral Bay passes along the seafront. The nearest mini market and restaurant are a two-minutes walk. The apartment has been expensively equipped with quality furnishings. The lounge is furnished with satellite television, a video recorder and DVD player. There is also a separate CD stereo system. An archway leads to the kitchen/dining area, equipped with a Bauknecht ceramic hob and cooker, microwave, washing machine and fridge/freezer. Both rooms have patio doors onto a large balcony with table and chairs. Additional utilities include a steam iron, ironing board, clothes drying frame and a hairdryer. The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed and benefits from an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and air conditioning is available in all rooms. Each bedroom has large fitted wardrobes. Accommodation for an extra two people can be provided by the convertible bed/settee in the lounge. The rental charge includes bedding and towels (not for beach use). A small welcome pack of provisions can be provided for guests upon request and the cost of this is not included in the rental price. Transfers can be provided on request to Paphos or Larnaca airports. To maintain the quality of accommodation we offer our guests, there is a strict No Smoking policy within the apartment, however, smoking is permitted on the balcony and at the poolside. The balcony is provided with a table and four chairs and two sun beds at the poolside. |
