This is a Villa with four bedrooms in Kissonerga village, 10 minutes from Paphos town
and 10 minutes from Coral Bay's popular
beach.
The villa can accommodate 8-9 people. Villa Joanna has 170 square metres of covered area on two floors.
On the ground floor is the fully-equipped kitchen, lacking nothing in modern aids including a fridge, cooking rings, oven,
microwave oven, electric kettle, filter machine, dishwasher, washing machine and an iron and ironing board.
On the same floor there is a sitting room and a dining area with a dining table for 8-9 people.
The lounge has tasteful furniture with a three-seater and a two-seater sofa, an armchair, satellite, TV, video player, radio, CD player and a DVD player. At the front of the property is a patio area overlooking the villa's private, 5x10m, salt-water swimming pool.

There are ample sun beds, umbrellas and garden furniture around the pool area. In front of the pool is the garden with grass, banana and other trees.
On the first floor are three bedrooms.
A master bedroom with a double bed, en-suite shower and WC, fitted wardrobes and a safe box.
The two twin bedrooms have a communal shower room with wash basin and WC.
All bedrooms share a large balcony overlooking the sea and the pool.
All bedrooms have their own air conditioning charged at 4.30 euro a day per unit.
Villa Joanna is next door to villa Stalo.
Both villas are suitable for families with children.
Children have a great time and good fun at the pool.
