Payment: Four weeks prior to arrival, a 30% deposit (but no less than four days' accommodation cost) is required.
Full payment is required two weeks prior to arrival. For payment by credit card there is a surcharge of 5%.
Cancellations:
For accommodation cancelled four weeks prior to arrival or for a no show, four days' accommodation cost will be charged from the credit card.
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in time is after 1400 and check-out by 1000.
Damage Deposit
Please note that we will require to hold a deposit against damages. It can be paid on arrival by credit card or cash.
Property Details
All properties are well equipped and include linen and towels (except beach towels). All properties are privately owned and decorated and furnished
to the owners' individual taste. Maximum occupancy is two people per bedroom (except infants in cots). No pets are allowed inside these properties.
Housekeeping Service
For a one-week stay, a housekeeping service, including a linen and towel change, will be carried out once during your stay.
For a two-week stay, the linen and towels will be changed three times during your stay.
Our housekeeping service does not include cleaning of barbecues or washing up.
An extra service can be arranged prior to your arrival or locally, as well as any personal dry cleaning or laundry needed.
Electricity Units
Electricity units are included in the rental price per week - One bedroom - 230KWH, two bedrooms - 300KWH, three bedrooms -375KWH.
Units used above these allowances will be charged at 8 cents (euro;14 cents) per unit and deducted from the Damage Deposit.
Hire Items
We can arrange weekly rental of a high chair for
CYP12 (euro;20.50) and a child cot for CYP16 (euro;27.34).
Car Hire
Car hire is essential and can be booked through us.
Telephone Service
There is no telephone service available in the properties. However, there is a public telephone in golf club house.
A mobile phone advisable.
Food Parcels
A variety of food parcels are available upon your arrival. Please contact us for details.
Golf, Spa and Tennis Arrangements:
Preferential golf, spa and tennis rates are applicable when pre-booked though us. Prices can be furnished upon request.
Duration of stay:
Please note that there is a minimum duration of three nights. Mid-term and long-term stay are available as well. Rates upon request.
