| We have some fantastic townhouses available for short-term rental in a popular golf resort. Aphrodite Hills is situated on two plateaux, separated by a ravine, at a height of 300 metres overlooking the crystal clear waters of the Mediterranean Sea. It is only two minutes from the main Limassol-Paphos highway and easily accessible from both towns. Two-bedroom townhouses: Beautiful living room with TV and DVD Two bedrooms - one double and a twin-bedded room with built-in wardrobes Fully-equipped kitchen Two bathrooms - one with a bath/shower/WC and one with a shower/WC Basement Approximately 120 square metres Ground floor with garden or upper floor with balcony Maximum occupancy: Four people with the possibility of an extra cot Three-bedroom townhouses: Nicely decorated, spacious living room Three bedrooms - one double and two twin-bedded rooms with built-in wardrobes Fully-equipped kitchen Two bathrooms - one with a bath/shower/WC and one with a shower and WC Basement Approximately 120 square metres Ground floor with garden or upper floor with balcony Maximum occupancy: Six people with the possibility of an extra cot All townhouses have pool, golf and mountain views. Features of the resort: Five-star, luxury Intercontinental Hotel. An 18-hole golf course, club and academy A state of the art Roman spa A four-court tennis academy A village square with a shopping arcade including 11 retail shops. A variety of restaurants and bars including a traditional Mediterranean tavern, a kafenio/ouzery, a pizza/pasta restaurant and a gellateria/creperia. An ATM cash machine Free sun beds and umbrellas 500 metres walking distance from the beach Distances: Paphos: 25kms Paphos International Airport: 17kms Limassol: 50kms Nicosia: 130kms Larnaca International Airport: 112kms Payment: Four weeks prior to arrival, a 30% deposit (but no less than four days' accommodation cost) is required. Full payment is required two weeks prior to arrival. For payment by credit card there is a surcharge of 5%. Cancellations: For accommodation cancelled four weeks prior to arrival or for a no show, four days' accommodation cost will be charged from the credit card. Check-in and Check-out Check-in time is after 1400 and check-out by 1000. Damage Deposit Please note that we will require to hold a deposit against damages. It can be paid on arrival by credit card or cash. Property Details All properties are well equipped and include linen and towels (except beach towels). All properties are privately owned and decorated and furnished to the owners' individual taste. Maximum occupancy is two people per bedroom (except infants in cots). No pets are allowed inside these properties. Housekeeping Service Our housekeeping service does not include cleaning of barbecues or washing up. An extra service can be arranged prior to your arrival or locally, as well as any personal dry cleaning or laundry needed. Electricity Units Electricity units are included in the rental price per week - One bedroom - 230KWH, two bedrooms - 300KWH, three bedrooms -375KWH. Units used above these allowances will be charged at 8 cents (€14 cents) per unit and deducted from the Damage Deposit. Hire Items We can arrange weekly rental of a high chair for CYP12 (€20.50) and a child cot for CYP16 (€27.34). Car Hire Car hire is essential and can be booked through us. Telephone Service There is no telephone service available in the properties. However, there is a public telephone in golf club house. A mobile phone advisable. Food Parcels A variety of food parcels are available upon your arrival. Please contact us for details. Golf, Spa and Tennis Arrangements: Preferential golf, spa and tennis rates are applicable when pre-booked though us. Prices can be furnished upon request. Duration of stay: Please note that there is a minimum duration of three nights. Mid-term and long-term stay are available as well. Rates upon request. SPECIAL OFFERS: We will provide a complimentary food parcel for bookings made for individual villas according to the number of guests. |
